How it works

You book a free online consultation using our booking form.

We work with you to agree on the help you need, and then send you an estimate based on an hourly rate, and how long we think the job will take.

You agree to the estimate, and then we send you our secure form asking you for relevant login details.

We do the work, keeping in contact with you to keep you up date or set up new accounts.

We give you the details of any services we have set up for you, and arrange some training time to show you how to use it all.

After the job is done, if you need ongoing support we can arrange a monthly service contract, or you can simply pay per hour for any extra work.
